Job Title: Software Developer

Location: Central Sheffield/Remote

Description:

Verticode is looking for a software developer to join our development team. Verticode specialise in rapid development of software products for innovators. Using our development acceleration toolkit we help aspiring Founders, existing Startups and established Businesses get the MVP of their new products launched quicker than ever before. Verticode turns the tables on traditional software development by setting quick build times (sometimes less than 4 days) with an affordable and transparent pricing model. Our business model and target market means we work on many greenfield projects every month and help launch the newest and most innovative projects in the startup ecosystem.

Role:

• Assist in the development of software products for clients.
• Work with a project manager to deliver completed products.
• Maintain existing software products.
  Assist in the further development of the Verticode software acceleration toolkit.
• As an early hire for the business, you will be required to help on-board and welcome future team members as the company grows.

Key Technical Skills & Experience:

• Experienced in building software products from the ideation phase, including scoping, full stack development, and QA.
• Experience of working in, or with, early stage companies is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in our tech stack is desirable but not essential. We’re very happy to upskill the right candidate.
