An opportunity to be part of a dynamic social change charity
The purpose of the Digital Inclusion Delivery team is to grow and strengthen the National Digital Inclusion Network – a membership Network of local organisations – and ensure that they, and the people they work with, benefit from the resources, services and support we offer to help those who are digitally excluded.
We provide members of the Network with…
- Free digital inclusion services to help people access the internet and learn digital skills.
- Support to build their organisation’s digital inclusion capability through events and training, grants and funding and helpful resources.
This is a leadership role within the Digital Inclusion Delivery team.
You will take an evidence based approach to developing an engagement strategy, encouraging Members to take up more of our services and actively engage in supporting digitally excluded people.
You will be passionate about digital inclusion, using your knowledge and experience to develop our membership offer. You will take insights from your work, sharing them with your colleagues to aid informed and effective decision making.
You will be the key link between the Digital Inclusion Delivery team and the Communications team, working with them to promote our offer to Members, celebrate successes with the Network and run digital inclusion campaigns.

- You will be responsible for growing the number of hubs within the network, increasing their engagement, developing relationships, working with Research and Data Insights colleagues to gather insights and co-ordinating network communication and campaigns
Corporate Accountabilities and Responsibilities

- Ensure that your work makes effective use of the charity’s resources and that all finances are properly accounted for, ensuring proper records are kept and Finance and procurement processes adhered to.
- Be accountable for your work and the work of your team to the Good Things Foundation Board, the wider staff team, funders and the network – including compliance with legal, financial, information security and safeguarding policies and procedures.
