Business Finance Week 2024 kicks off on 24 September and the opening event takes place right here in Sheffield. In a collaboration with Sheffield Technology Parks, the British Business Bank is hosting ‘Global Sheffield: Broadening horizons, supercharging start-ups’, a breakfast event designed to inspire and inform local tech businesses to scale internationally. The speaker panel features members of our community with real and recent experience of achieving global sales, plus investment and trade advisors.

Taking place on Tuesday 24 September, 8:00-10:30am at Kelham Island Museum, ‘Global Sheffield’ will provide invaluable insights into scaling startups and seizing international opportunities.
A panel of Sheffield founders including Melissa Chambers, CEO and Co-Founder of Sitehop will share practical advice and real-world examples from their recent experiences in scaling up and securing investment.
