The Seam Digital Campus aims to provide a sustainable, engaging and digitally-enabled campus that will be the catalyst for further growth and innovation in our local and regional economy.

The site currently consists of two digital media centres (DMC01 and DMC02), and Barnsley College’s SciTech Digital Innovation Hub. These buildings are surrounded by the Seam’s open space car parks, which have long been recognised as an area of opportunity for development in the Local Plan.

The DMCs provide high-quality office space and meeting rooms for businesses in the tech, digital and creative sectors, supporting business growth for Barnsley and South Yorkshire.
