What it’s like to work for us!
If you want the boring 9-5, we are not the company for you; no two days will be the same, and every day will be challenging, but rewarding. When you join Tribepad, you join a Tribe of people all pulling together to make a difference. If you’re stuck, you have to ask for help – if others are stuck, you have to help. What can I expect in the first 3 months?
There will be a steep learning curve, but an exciting one. You’ll be developing a transformational product that will be game-changing for Tribepad, our customers, and the wider recruitment tech industry.
As a remote-first company, you’ll be working closely with teammates across the UK and our Sheffield HQ, building strong online relationships.

You will need to spend time getting to understand our market, business, products and customers. You will meet a wide variety of stakeholders across the business, interacting with customers and prospects.
You’ll help build and maintain a backlog of prioritised features and work in sprints with the development team to bring your ideas to life

An initial chat with Sam, our Head of Product, to explore if you would be happy here (20 mins).
Followed by an interview with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to understand the impact you could make to our business (90 mins).
Finally, a meeting with our CEO, Neil, to understand what the future looks like (30 mins).
At Tribepad, we’re committed to recognising every employee as a unique individual. We champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring everyone feels a strong sense of purpose, belonging, and value throughout their career with us.
If you would like additional support during the recruitment process, please let us know.
