Job Description
Join our Support team and begin your journey toward becoming a confident, knowledgeable customer champion. This entry-level role is all about building solid foundations: learning our platform, developing strong customer empathy, and mastering the core rhythms of great support delivery.

You’ll be supported by a clear training and coaching framework that helps you build skills quickly and confidently. As you grow, you’ll take on more responsibility, contribute to a positive team culture, and progress to the next level.

We work best when we learn together, so you’ll spend one to two days a week in the office to support collaboration and shared problem-solving.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver clear, accurate, and friendly responses to a defined range of customer queries.
  • Follow playbooks, guidance, and quality standards while learning how to balance speed and care.
  • Escalate effectively when more expertise is needed.
  • Build your product knowledge through training, shadowing, and hands-on experience.
  • Use our support tools correctly, logging details with accuracy and consistency.
  • Apply feedback from coaching and QA to improve tone, clarity, and first-time resolution.
  • Contribute positively to team huddles, stand-ups, and learning sessions.

What you’ll bring
Curiosity, empathy, and willingness to learn.
A reliable, proactive approach to work.
Clear, respectful communication.
Openness to feedback and a desire to grow.
Commitment to our values of empathy, ownership, and continuous improvement.

What we offer

  • Annual salary range of £26,500 to £28,500 (depending upon experience).
  • Home/Hybrid working (1 to 2 days a week in the office).
  • Support setting up your home office.
  • Matched pension contributions, up to 7.5%.
  • 28 days’ holiday + Bank Holidays (pro rata).
  • Westfield cash plan.
  • A supportive, collaborative team.
