Our ICT and Digital Innovation team plays a crucial role in enabling these services through strategic leadership, innovative solutions, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our change management resources, business partnering resource, governance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic ICT and Digital Programme Delivery
  • Business Relationship Management
  • Ensure compliance with statutory duties and council policies
  • Promote positive cultural change and a ‘One Council’ approach
  • Manage financial, human, and physical resources effectively.
  • Lead on Service Business Continuity Planning

Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will have

  • Extensive experience in ICT and digital innovation leadership roles.
  • Strong strategic planning and programme management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing ICT strategies and roadmaps.
  • Strong financial management and budgetary control skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop a diverse team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
