We’re looking for a Senior Paid Search Specialist with deep ecommerce expertise and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their business goals. If you’re skilled in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, comfortable managing product feeds and shopping campaigns, and excited about mentoring junior team members, we’d like to hear from you.

The Role

As our Senior Paid Search Specialist, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of high-performing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, with a particular focus on ecommerce. You’ll be a key part of our Paid Media team, driving measurable results for clients across product-focused verticals whilst championing the values of Mastery, Community and Integrity in everything you do.

With deep expertise in ecommerce, product feeds and shopping campaigns, you’ll help our clients achieve their genuine business goals, going beyond mere in-platform metrics. You’ll work across both lead generation and ecommerce accounts (approximately 60% ecommerce focus), bringing strategic thinking and hands-on excellence to every project.

This is a hybrid role: while most of your work can be completed remotely from anywhere in the UK, you’ll be required to join the team in our Sheffield office at least one day every month. This dedicated in-person time is designed to foster real connection, collaboration and development within the Paid Media team and the wider agency.

Reporting directly to the Head of Paid Media, you will be joining an experienced and enthusiastic team operating at the top of their game. While you will be expected to work independently on some projects, you will also be provided the opportunity to both lead and support colleagues on larger projects. Your role will encompass coaching and developing junior team members through shadowing, providing feedback, and conducting internal training workshops to enhance the entire team’s capabilities.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with our talented team of designers, Organic Search marketers, project managers and developers to create purposeful campaigns that deliver real business impact for our clients.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic & Account Management

  • Develop and deliver multi-channel paid search strategies grounded in client business objectives, with a strong emphasis on ecommerce and product feed optimisation
  • Build and optimise Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts from the ground up, including campaign structure, keyword research, audience targeting, conversion tracking and compelling ad copy
  • Manage ecommerce product feeds and shopping campaigns, ensuring clean data, accurate product information and optimised feeds through Google Merchant Centre and feed management platforms
  • Conduct comprehensive account audits to identify performance opportunities and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
  • Monitor and refine campaign performance continuously, always focused on driving genuine business outcomes for clients

Client Partnership & Communication

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring you understand their business deeply and provide confident strategic advice
  • Create insightful reports that translate data into meaningful business impact, clearly explaining performance in terms that relate to client KPIs and commercial objectives
  • Lead quarterly account performance reviews with confidence and clarity, presenting strategic insights and recommendations
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders when challenges arise, focusing conversations on solutions rather than obstacles

Team Development & Culture

  • Coach and mentor junior team members through hands-on support, constructive feedback and internal training workshops

We’re looking for someone with at least three years of demonstrable experience creating and managing successful paid search and shopping campaigns – examples are essential – as well as the passion to push boundaries in this exciting role.
