We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator on a fixed-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will bring energy, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail to support our office management and commercial efforts.

As Operations Coordinator your duties will encompass a broad spectrum of tasks aimed at optimising our daily operations; making lots of 1% improvements across different aspects of the business make significant changes. It will include…

Back at the office, you’re the glue that holds our team together. From monitoring timesheets, creating reports, to setting up simple IT systems, you’re always one step ahead, keeping our operations running smoothly. You’re a problem-solver and a support system for everyone on the team.

Your impact goes beyond the day-to-day tasks. You’re a key player in our commercial efforts, tracking client progression, conducting research, and assisting with client communication. Your insights and contributions help drive our business forward.

Skills we think are important to be amazing in this role

  • Previous experience in office administration, client services, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • We use Google Workspace, but experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with a willingness to learn new software tools is important
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment

We offer hybrid and flexible working, however we think this role works best as a full-time in-office position.
