Role overview

As a Product Manager at Razor, you’ll be the mastermind behind our product journey; shaping the vision and direction of our offerings. You’ll be working closely with end users, developers, and our commercial squad, turning concepts into real-world solutions that turn heads in the market.

Think of yourself as the oracle of our product roadmap. You’ll manage the big picture, setting clear goals and steering stories through the development pipeline. With your expert touch on the team backlog, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly. Project planning and milestone management will be your bread and butter. You’ll meticulously craft comprehensive project plans, establishing timelines and milestones to guide our projects to fruition. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll prioritise tasks effectively, monitor progress, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure seamless project delivery.

You’ll also be dabbling in the world of marketing. Working hand in hand with our marketing team, you’ll devise and execute strategies aligned with product launches and ongoing campaigns. From product messaging to branding efforts, you’ll leverage market insights to maximise visibility and drive customer engagement.

And let’s not forget about strategy development! You’ll be the brains behind the scenes, collaborating closely with our commercial team to craft sales plans, pricing strategies, and go-to-market strategies. By providing sales enablement materials and tracking sales performance, you’ll identify opportunities for growth and optimisation, driving Razor into new markets and countries and stratospheres! 

Your organisational prowess will be the glue that holds everything together. From organising project meetings to keeping our documentation ship-shape, you’ll be the person ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

Qualifications

Ideally you will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications would be the icing on the cake.

Your past experience in product management or related roles, especially in the tech world, will be music to our ears. You should comfortable with agile methodologies and if you’re a wizard with project management tools like Jira or Trello, we’ll be even more impressed!

But above all, we need someone with exceptional communication skills, a knack for leadership, and a passion for all things tech. If you’re the kind of person who lives and breathes innovation, then we want you on our team!
