And then there’s the money! 💰 You’re budget-conscious. Keeping projects on time and on budget is your superpower, even when managing the ever-changing expectations of clients and timelines.

Beyond the project work, you’ll be the guide for customers ⏩ Showing them how to unlock the true potential of Dynamics and Power Platform, whether it’s with data migrations, configurations or support. When problems arise (because they always do), you step in with your calm demeanour to troubleshoot, resolve, and leave customers wondering how you made it all look so easy.

Here are a summary of the things you’ll be up to as a Dynamics Consultant

• Recognising and developing opportunities for new and existing customers, adding value to their business through efficient and cost-effective solutions
• Delivering solutions for customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider Power Platform
• Being responsible for workshops with customers to identify requirements and opportunities for improvement
• Interpreting customers’ requirements and translating into a clear solution design document.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure the successful deployment and integration of Power Platform solutions.
•  Creating repeatable delivery processes to increase the efficiency of Razor’s operations
• Monitoring and updating in line with the contract of service, including identifying opportunities to upsell/solve future problems
• Ensuring delivery of projects in line with agreed project plans, including timelines, budgets, customer expectations and resource planning.
