We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to build and execute powerful marketing strategies that reflect Razor’s evolution. This role is perfect for a strategic, hands on marketer who loves creativity, fast paced change and turning ideas into action.

This is a role where you can make your mark, move fast and lead with creativity.

Your daily canvas
You kick off your day by presenting your marketing strategy to the Board, getting feedback and ideas about how to make it pop. Later in the week you’ll be presenting it at the team company meeting.

After the meeting you check in on a campaign performance dashboard: conversions are up and one of your recent blog posts is catching attention. After a quick sync with the commercial team, you tailor some new collateral for a Partner Company in the US who’s pitching Razor’s manufacturing insight platform product to a big client.

After lunch, you lead a creative brainstorm for our next event. The team throws out wild and brilliant ideas, and you help shape them into a viable plan. But wait – change of plan! The event has been reorganised from London to Michigan, how are you going to react to this?!

Later in the afternoon, it’s heads down time to write punchy copy for a landing page, then briefing one of our Designers on visuals for our next product launch. Tomorrow? A webinar with our Solutions Consultant team and a deep dive into new campaign analytics.

Your impact

  • Own, define and execute the marketing strategy for Razor and Fulcrum Labs,
  • Developing and executing global, multi-channel marketing strategies to generate demand and drive revenue,
  • Owning the brand tone and positioning across Razor and Fulcrum Labs,
  • Creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns that convert at every stage of the customer journey,
  • Supporting and enabling partner companies in the USA, Canada, and Europe with strategic marketing collateral,
  • Managing marketing budgets from small experiments to large scale launches,
  • Organising and delivering events from boutique client sessions to major industry expos,
  • Using CRM and marketing automation tools to track, analyse and optimise performance,
  • Collaborating cross functionally with commercial, product and delivery teams to align goals and maximise impact.

Your sharpest tools

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a tech or consultancy environment,
  • Strong collaborative skills, especially with cross functional teams and external partners,
  • A creative mindset, balanced with an eye for detail and delivery,
  • Solid experience with CRM and marketing automation tools,
  • The ability to manage and adapt plans in a fast moving, evolving business,
  • Experience planning and executing live and digital events

Bonus points for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business,
  • CIM Professional or Digital Marketing Qualification (achieved or in progress),
  • Experience marketing both products and professional services.
