We are seeking a multifaceted and experienced IT Support Manager (ITAS) to lead and develop our IT support team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to take charge of a team with phenomenal potential and build a culture of excellence within IT Services.

You will:

  • Lead and be responsible for the IT Asset Support team (ITAS), ensuring flawless delivery of support services to staff and students.
  • Develop and implement innovative approaches to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT support operations.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across the University to identify and address IT support requirements, ensuring effective implementation of solutions.
  • Proactively identify and address IT support issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and development of IT support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in information technology, using this knowledge to offer outstanding support.
