Lead Digital Designer

We’re looking for a Lead Digital Designer to bring creativity, UX expertise, and problem-solving skills to our team. If you’re passionate about crafting exceptional digital experiences and pushing the boundaries of web and UI design, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end design for websites and apps, from site mapping to high-fidelity wireframing and prototyping.
  • Ensure accessibility, usability, and adherence to top UX standards.
  • Develop and maintain a design system, managing assets in Figma.
  • Oversee client proofing, revisions, and project alignment.
  • Collaborate with developers for smooth design handovers.
  • Manage website testing sheets and lead testing processes.
  • Produce visually compelling, strategic digital designs.
  • Support studio projects, including marketing collateral, video, and creative assets.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in brand identity and strategy.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility design principles.
  • Ability to create 3D animations (Blender, Spline).
  • Experience with 2D animations (After Effects).
  • Creation of video design components (intros, transitions, etc.).

What You’ll Need

  • 3-6 years in brand/digital design or a related field.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Advanced Figma skills (required).
  • Strong UX knowledge applied to branding & digital design.
  • Experience using flowchart software (Lucidchart).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in ICT tools & project management software.
  • A portfolio showcasing strong brand and digital design work.

Salary: £28,500-£35,000 (DOE)
