A professionally qualified UX/user researcher, research ops strategist/consultant, User Research Leader/Manager with 35 years’ experience of applying user centred design to large and small projects across various platforms. Worked internationally on projects in the USA, Hong Kong, and Europe. Projects include e-commerce, electronic government, health and large transactional systems. Experience of strategic consultancy to very senior management teams (including public sector very senior civil servants).
