I am a digital transformation and EPR delivery specialist with over three years’ experience in the NHS, including a large‑scale Oracle Health (Cerner) implementation. I help clinical and operational teams turn complex EPR programmes into safe, usable ways of working, with particular depth in maternity, neonatal and other safety‑critical services.
I support NHS organisations with workflow design, configuration, testing strategy, readiness and clinical adoption, and I’m used to working across different EPR platforms.
Before moving into the NHS, I managed projects in financial services, campaigning organisations and SMEs, so I’m comfortable in both highly regulated and fast‑moving environments.
Alongside this, I work with health‑tech companies who want grounded NHS insight into how their products will actually be used in real services.
I am also the founder of Sheffield Women’s Leadership Circle, a free monthly space where women from sectors including health and tech build practical leadership skills and peer support.
