Lead the design of AI‑driven enterprise products
What’s the difference between a complex AI tool and a product that people actually love to use?
It’s the bridge between raw technical power and human intuition. Enterprise AI platforms can feel like a “black box”, but we believe the most advanced technology is worthless if it isn’t approachable and goal-oriented. We aren’t building generic gadgets; we are crafting sector-specific solutions for manufacturing and high-value industries that drive measurable P&L performance.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be the strategic owner of the end-to-end user experience for DataQI and our professional services. This isn’t a role where you just push pixels; you’ll be a leader and consultant who can command a room, run deep discovery workshops, and extract requirements from diverse stakeholders. You’ll spend your time translating complex business challenges into intuitive, low- and high-fidelity visuals and partner with engineers, product owners and clients to build experiences that make advanced AI capabilities approachable for enterprise users.
Who we’re looking for.
> An experienced UX leader who thrives in lean B2B environments and knows how to focus on iterative improvements that deliver real ROI.
> Have a proven track record in UX, product, or service design.
> Highly skilled at planning and running discovery workshops and research sessions to extract requirements and understand user behavior.
> A pragmatic thinker who understands how to translate business challenges into design goals that deliver ROI.
> You can “hold a room,” manage difficult stakeholder conversations, and communicate complex design decisions to non-technical audiences.
> You are committed to supporting the growth of others in the team and setting high quality standards.
> Proficient with wireframing and prototyping tools, moving comfortably between low-fidelity sketches and high-fidelity deliverables.

You will champion user‑centred design, drive alignment across teams and ensure our UI components behave consistently and inclusively. Although based in the UK, you’ll collaborate with clients internationally and should be comfortable in a customer‑facing capacity.

> Act as a primary point of contact for clients during engagements, building trust through expertise and ensuring requirements are clearly understood.
> Handle challenging personalities calmly and diplomatically, pivoting plans or escalating issues when necessary.
> Partner with product leadership and engineering to shape roadmaps, integrate testing and validation into the development cycle, and ensure UX decisions deliver business value.
Skills & Experience
> Experience in UX, product or service design, preferably in enterprise software or AI‑driven products with proven success leading UX initiatives across teams or platforms.
> Skilled in planning and facilitating client workshops and user research sessions; ability to extract requirements, conduct contextual enquiries and synthesise findings into actionable insights.
> Proficient with wireframing and prototyping tools and comfortable producing lofi and hifi deliverables.
> Able to translate business challenges into design goals and communicate decisions to non‑technical stakeholders.
> Strong stakeholder engagement skills, capable of holding a room, managing difficult conversations and motivating teams.
> Comfortable working in lean environments, prioritising features based on value, and focusing on iterative improvements that deliver ROI. A flexible, positive attitude and willingness to adapt plans as needed.
