Technical Architect

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Architect to join our super-speedy, innovative team.

Overview of responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, gather requirements and define comprehensive technical solutions to support the clients project(s);
  • You will provide clear technical direction and communicate complex concepts in a way that non-technical stakeholders can easily understand;
  • Lead the process of defining project scope, milestones, and timelines;
  • Ensure that solutions are technically sound and aligned with the client’s commercial interests, delivering long-term value;
  • You’ll work within the Production team, translating client requirements into actionable technical tasks for other Engineers;
  • You will lead internal kick-off meetings to align the team with the client’s vision and business requirements;
  • Act as the technical lead throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication between delivery teams and clients;
  • Manage risks, align expectations and oversee the technical direction from start to finish.
  • Understand the technology landscape and the most appropriate technologies that best meet the clients technical and business requirements.
    Ensure that architectures and associated implementation align with the clients regulatory requirements and any applicable industry standards.
  • Understand any non-functional requirements and how a resultant architecture(s) can support these.
  • Act as a mentor/coach to other engineers, providing technical guidance and leading on resolving any associated design issues.
  • Own the creation and maintenance of any technical documentation that both the client and Razor require.

What you bring:

  • You excel at solving complex technical problems while ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget;
  • An extensive background in designing and architecting technical solutions, with an ability to translate high-level ideas into detailed architectures;
  • You understand the business impact of technical decisions and ensure solutions are aligned with the client’s strategic goals;
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and client workshops, taking ownership of the technical vision and delivery;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, ensuring technical solutions align with both business and technical requirements.
