We’re looking for a Data enthusiast who gets excited by uncovering patterns, predicting outcomes and creating innovative data solutions!

As a Data Scientist at Razor, you’ll be working deep in data, delving into multivariate analysis, statistical techniques and machine learning. With your expertise, you’ll uncover hidden insights, predict future trends and revolutionise processes. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be working on:

• Defining hypotheses for business challenges and testing them through data analysis;
• Leveraging tools like Azure Databricks, Snowflake, Spark and Hadoop to uncover insights;
• Automating defect detection algorithms, enhance quality control measures and improve processes; and,
• And designing dashboards and visualisation tools to present complex data in an accessible way for stakeholders to make decisions.

Collaboration is key at Razor and you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions into our operations. Together, we’ll drive efficiency, productivity and innovation to new heights.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need a background in statistics, mathematics or computer science, or a related field. Mastery of Python programming along with proficiency in Jupyter Notebooks and an understanding of libraries like TensorFlow and scikit-learn. Dive deep into the arcane arts of multivariate analysis, probability theory and hypothesis testing.

You’ll have experience using big data tools, such as Spark, to delve into large amounts of data collaborating with the domain experts to translate complexity into insights.
