Sheffield is set to host the UK’s most influential gathering for the children’s media sector this summer and as a supporting partner, we’re delighted to help our members access it at an even more affordable rate.
The Children’s Media Conference 2026 (CMC) returns to the city from 7-9 July, bringing together more than 1,200 professionals from across the children’s media sector for three days of insight, inspiration and connection.
Recognised as the UK’s leading event in its field, CMC is a key meeting point for anyone working in – or alongside – children’s content, from production and broadcasting, to tech, education and digital platforms.
This year’s theme, Find the Funding and Find the Audience, reflects some of the biggest challenges and opportunities facing the sector today. With rapid changes in how young audiences engage with content, alongside evolving regulation and platform dynamics, the programme promises timely discussion, practical insight and valuable new connections.
The conference will open with a keynote from Catherine Carr, an award-winning journalist and podcaster known for exploring the lives and voices of young people – a relevant perspective in today’s complex and changing digital landscape.
