Kids encouraged to design smart products during lockdown

The material encourages children to explore how they can interact with technology in their everyday lives, and to think about a concept for their own ‘smart’ product. Here’s some more

New partnership inspires children with power of computing

The David and Jane Richards Family Foundation has teamed up with Pimoroni to help Sheffield school students get creative with data.

The new kits use Raspberry Pi Zero WH and are fitted with user-friendly sensor boards designed by DJRFF in collaboration with Pimoroni, and manufactured in Sheffield. The microcomputers will be used by students on DJRFF’s Get Creative with Data course which has been rolled out at a number of schools and colleges across South Yorkshire.
