Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and possess strong business acumen coupled with exceptional sales skills. As a Business Development Manager, your role entails driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, fostering existing relationships, and forging strategic partnerships within the Digital Agency, Software, and IT sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential B2B clients and market segments to target
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to close deals
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customised solutions for clients
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
  • Work independently & create sales strategies from scratch
